We are altering our normal operating procedures in order to adhere to the greatest feasible extent to guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the Oregon Health Authority. We will not be scheduling in-office appointments during the shutdown. All appointments are currently being conducted via Telehealth.

Office Closed August 20 through August 28, 2016. 

Office will be closed for vacation.

Beginning January 1, 2014 Dr. Grossman will see Salem clients at a new location. The new Address is 3995 Hagers Rd SE, Salem, OR 97317. This replaces the old office on Skyline Rd. 

Below is the holiday schedule for the administrative office. If you are trying to reach us during off-hours, please leave a voicemail or email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Dec 24 - open until 12pm.

Dec 25 - closed.

Dec 26 - closed.

Dec 27th - office will be closed, but we will check and return urgent messages. 

Dec 30th - open on regular schedule.

Dec 31st - open until 12pm.

Jan 1 - closed.
